A site plan must accompany the application in accordance with Section 1803 pg18-2 of the Zoning Ordinance, and shall include details as specified.
A complete application shall also include a complete written description of the proposed use, the services to be provided the maximum number of patrons anticipated on site at any time, hours of operation activities to be conducted and any other information necessary to property convey the nature of the facility proposed.

It is advised that an applicant review additional requirements in ARTICLE 16 Special Land uses, of the Forest Home Township Zoning Ordinance before submitting an application.

If proposing any Special Events, an applicant shall submit a Farm Tourism Facility Special Events Application in addition to a Special Land Use Application.
