An Auto-On (Landlord/Tenant Relationship) is designed so the service at the landlord’s rental property is not interrupted when a tenant calls to terminate service. This agreement does not imply any delay, cancellation or additional notification of an interruption in service, in the event of non-payment for utility service for the tenant. Please complete the following information and submit:

I, as the landlord listed above to the below-mentioned property(ties) located in Valparaiso, Indiana, request to have the water, sewer, storm water and/or trash service automatically transferred into my name each time a tenant vacates the property. I understand there is a minimum charge and no prorations. I understand the deposit is waived as long as I make my payments on time and do not fall in arrears with the Valparaiso City Utilities. I also understand that this "auto/on" status is a privilege and could be revoked at any time by the Valparaiso City Utilities.
