Infraction Deferral Program and Pre-Trial Diversion Program Online Portal

Welcome.

The Office of the Prosecuting Attorney, Elkhart County is excited to launch our web-based "Infraction Deferral Program and Pre-Trial Diversion Program" online Portal.  

If you received a ticket, (speeding, registration, or insurance, etc.), you would click the GREEN Infraction Deferral Program Intake Form.

If you had an initial hearing for your criminal charge and were told you may be eligible for the Pre-Trial Diversion Program, you would click the RED 

Pre-Trial Diversion Program Intake Form.  

Once a submission is made through the portal, a tracking number will be assigned, allowing you to track the status of your submission via the portal or email.  

*Upon acceptance, you will receive an agreement to review, electronically sign and return within 48 hours.*
