The Office of the Prosecuting Attorney, Elkhart County is excited to launch our web-based "Infraction Deferral Program and Pre-Trial Diversion Program" online Portal. If your case # has IF in it, please click the GREEN Infraction Deferral Program Intake Form button. If your case # has CM in it, please click the RED Pre-Trial Diversion Program Intake Form button. Once a submission is made through the portal, a tracking number will be assigned, allowing you to track the status of your submission via the portal or email.
